Construction -
Legacy works in the traditional bid market. We strive to provide competitive
pricing for the commercial/industrial bid market. Our primary bid focus has
been in the areas of heavy commercial such as large distribution and/or
production centers (both refrigerated and dry), commercial retail (grocery
stores, shopping centers, and free standing retail), and institutional work
(schools, churches, state facilities). We furnish detailed and competitive
pricing, value engineering options, and a team approach to our clients.
National Presence -
Legacy has made a commitment to perform our services where our clients need
us. We are multi-state licensed, and are continually expanding into new
